We are proud to have received the esteemed STEP Diamond Award for the second year in a row. This recognition highlights our company’s commitment to safety, excellence, and dedication.

The prestigious STEP Diamond Award is presented by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), a national construction industry trade association that represents over 22,000 members. The award recognizes companies that have excelled in safety performance by participating in ABC’s Safety Training Evaluation Process (STEP).

The STEP program, founded in 1989, serves as a benchmarking and improvement tool for safety practices in the construction industry. Participants, regardless of company size or type of work, measure their safety processes and policies on 25 key components through a comprehensive questionnaire. The ultimate goal is to implement or enhance safety programs that reduce jobsite incidents.

In addition to the STEP Diamond Award, we have also been honored with the Excellence in Construction Award. The Metro Washington and Virginia Chapters of Associated Builders and Contractors recognized our work for The Fourth Presbyterian Church and The Montebello Community Center as outstanding examples of excellence in construction.
